Obituary Mr. William Riley Tuttle, Jr., 59, of Hagerstown, passed away at home on September 26, 2017 after a 13 A½ year battle with cancer. Known to his friends as Junior, he was the husband of Teresa Tuttle, his wife of 42 years. Read Obituary

Rudy and Family, I was telling a friend a few days ago that your Dad looked like someone everyone would want as a friend. I wish I had had the opportunity to have met him. I have been lucky enough to meet and know his daughter and he left the world a wonderful legacy. I know everyone who knew and loved him feel like they have a hole left in their hearts now. May the love and memories he left you begin to fill the void.
