When I came to work in Frederick years ago, I was a kid raised in a military/suburban environment. I never mean anymore like Stacy before. She was so genuine and firm in her beliefs. People like Stacy are hard to find. This is such a great loss.

It just seems impossible to know Stacy is no longer here on earth. But I know in my heart of hearts that she is well in heaven, adding lots of cheer with her smile and attitude.
