My sincere and heartfelt condolences to the family of Ruth Ann. We worked together for decades at Public Health Services in Montgomery County. She was a brilliant and competent colleague and we were lucky to have her on our team at the Dennis Avenue Health Center. I'm saddened to hear of her loss and my best to her family whom she was so devoted to. She treasured her family.
