Mark was a rookie U.S. Agriculture PPQ Officer with me, going through training in San Juan, PR. He was a fun, and funny guy who enjoyed the beach and exploring the island. Mark loved his family and was a great friend. I'll remember him fondly.

Mark started with PPQ in San Juan 2 weeks ahead of me and we also worked together for 3 years at PDC. Too many memories to list them all, but one high point was the day we were out on the island for New Pest Detection and had a private tour of the Arecibo Observatory, very special!
