Emory was a class guy on the lanes at Walkersville Bowling Alleys where I knew him for a number of years. A few years ago he felt he had to back off and retire from the game. But he continued to visit - always cheerful and engaging. We all liked the man, and only wish you could have been with us 'forever'!! His family should indeed be proud.
Emory was a very good man, and I am glad to have known him. My sister, husband and I enjoyed occasional visits with him in Thurmont, and we always had lively and interesting conversations because he remained so active and engaged in life! God bless his kind and gentle spirit!
Bill and I always enjoyed visiting with your dad when you would take us up by his Home on our visits up north. I know what a loss this is for the family. I admired his "can do" spirit even well into his 90's. God now has another multitalented angel!
Emory was a genuinely good persona�" good friend father, brother. He will be missed by many. Rest In Peace with your Heavenly Father.
