Following a long and rewarding career with Lockheed Martin, Edward enjoyed a lengthy retirement that allowed him to live the life he loved. He and Doris spent their winters as snowbirds in Orlando, Florida, and their summers in Sabillasville, Maryland. He found great joy in gardening, sitting on the porch, cooking for his family, and making memories with family and friends.
Edward was a member of the Sabillasville Civic Association and a faithful member of the Church of the Brethren. A man of deep faith, he lived his beliefs through kindness, humility, service, and love for others. Edward's greatest pride was his family. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, friend, and neighbor whose quiet strength, steady guidance, and loving heart will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
