Dear Family of Nick Craig, Nick catered our wedding and made our wedding cake in August 1983. It was shaped like a log and was a butter cream with raspberry filling, and had fresh raspberries on top. Our wedding was at our house in downtown Frederick, which was under renovation, it was 104 degrees, and we didn't have air conditioning. Needless to say, the conditions were not good for a cake like this! We had to eat it first because of the heat. It was fabulous and the hit of the wedding! People still talk about our wedding cake. Many years later, when our son was traveling to Africa, we took him to see Nick before his travels. We didn't realize who we were seeing until we got there. It was so nice to talk with Nick again and hear about his family, which he clearly loved very much! We are so sorry for your loss. Sincerely, Rachel and Bob Toft
