Charles Alan Reynolds' Obituary
Charles Alan Reynolds, 77, of Brunswick, MD, passed away on October 24, 2025. Born on July 30, 1948, in Brunswick, MD, to the late Lester L. Reynolds Sr. and Marian L. Reynolds.
Charles spent his early career working on the rail gang for Chessie from 1982 to 1987. He later joined Dustin Construction on December 26, 1991, where he remained a dedicated employee until his retirement on October 18, 2016. Even after retiring, Charles continued to stay active in the community by working part-time at Brunswick Eagles Aerie 1136.
He was a proud member of several local organizations, including Steadman-Keenan American Legion Post 96, Brunswick Eagles Aerie 1136, and the Moose Lodge of Brunswick.
Charles was known for his love of life and vibrant personality. He enjoyed playing softball and billiards, had a passion for cars, and enjoyed good happy hour. A talented dancer, he once appeared on the Milt Grant Show, a memory he cherished and often shared with friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Lester “Leechel” Reynolds Jr., Clyde “Dick” Reynolds, and James Reynolds; and niece, Roberta “Robbi” Reynolds.
Charles is survived by his nephew, Kregg Reynolds (fiancé Angie) of Knoxville, MD; niece, Geraldine Reynolds-Brown (husband Michael) of Hedgesville, WV; nephew, Jimmy “Squeak” Reynolds (wife Julie) of Brunswick, MD; great-niece, DiAnna Reynolds of Brunswick, MD; and special great-great-nephew, Aydin Reynolds of Brunswick, MD. He is also survived by cousins, Todd Cummings (wife Cathy) of Hillsboro, VA, and Paul Lake (wife Debbie) of Otterville, MO, along with many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Charles will be deeply missed by his many friends, especially Rick Painter and Mann Lewis, who shared countless memories and laughter with him over the years.
