To the family of Barbara Learch Cooper: You all have my condolences in the loss of your mother, sister and grandmother. Barbara and I lived on Mountain Road when she had Melissa and I had Cindy, both were special children. Barbara was an extraordinary mother to all her children, but especially Melissa to be able to take care of her all these years. My daughter lived with me until she was 28.
