Obituary
Mr. William Norman Crosby Tessier, 65, of Frederick, passed away peacefully on May 25th at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Born in Natick, Massachusetts, William moved to Wheaton, Maryland and graduated from Wheaton High School. He enlisted in the U.S. Army and volunteered for Airborne duty, and served honorably in the 82nd Airborne Division. William enjoyed cooking, fishing, shooting pool, and fixing anything that was broken. He also loved his family. Mr. Tessier is survived by his parents, Josephine K. Crosby and Raymond O. Crosby, Jr.; three children, Jennifer Perguson & husband Jeff, Stephen Tessier, and Angela Mariah Dunning Tessier; two sisters, Sharon Eggleston & husband Robert, and Jane Hadley; a brother, Robert Tessier & wife Rhonda; sister-in-law, Marcia Tessier, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and other relatives. He was preceded in death by a brother, Jim Tessier. A funeral service will take place at 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 9th at the Chapel Mausoleum of Resthaven Memorial Gardens, 9501 U.S. Route 15 N in Frederick. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service. Procession and interment with military honors will follow the chapel service. Floral tributes are welcome, or in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
