Wencke Dybdal Lesh's Obituary
Obituary
Wencke Dybdal Lesh went home to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on March 7, 2017, and her family was blessed to be present when He led her soul to Heaven. Her family is at peace and comforted in the knowledge that they will see her again. God is so good!! Wencke was born in Bergen, Norway on December 1, 1927. She was the daughter of Joseph and Olea Paulsen and she was also preceded in death by her sisters, Greta Clark and Adelheid Paulsen, and her brother, Asbjorn Paulsen. She lived a long, full and loving life of 89 years. She was blessed to have a relationship with her Savior. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother. Wencke is survived by her children, Gwendolen McLeod, and husband Randy, and Nicholas Lesh, and wife Delane. She is also survived by five wonderful grandchildren, Alexander McLeod, Daniel McLeod, Sarah McLeod, Nikolai Lesh, and Noah Lesh as well as extended family members, both in the United States (the Deglons, Leshes, and Jeffers families) and Norway (the families of Nina Clark and Susan Clark, her nieces). She was dearly loved by her family, but more importantly by God. She is His child. While she will be missed tremendously by us, but we are at peace with her passing and comforted in the knowledge that we will see her again in Heaven.
