Wayne was the patriarch of the Bowman family and the patriarch of our neighborhood at RIverbend. He could fix anything and was always helping people with their projects. He would give anyone the shirt off his back, and we can still hear him say, “that’s what it’s there for.” He had a million stories, and we all loved hearing them. He was truly one-of-a-kind. To say he’ll be missed is a huge understatement. Rest in paradise, Wayne. Prayers for peace and comfort for Sandy, Carl, Marie, Sam and all of the Bowman family.
