Waylon Steven Worrell, 9 days, of Frederick, Maryland, passed from this life on Monday, September 11, 2017 at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC Born on September 2, 2017, in Frederick, MD, he was the son of Matthew Worrell and Morgan Harding. In addition to his parents, he is survived a big brother, Wyatt Worrell; grandparents, John and Jody Czapp, Steve Harding and his fiancee Jenna Linde and Katherine Scheel; aunts Chelsea Ramsey, Morgan Czapp, Savannah Scheel and Greyston Harding and uncles David Ramsey and Dylan Worrell. He is also survived by great-grandparents Emory and Carol Mullins, Tony and Tina Veith and Ruth Worrell. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Randy Worrell and great-grandparents, Mark Harding, Sr., Jerry Worrell, Sr., Floyd and Mavis Marten. The family will receive friends on Friday, September 15 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Stauffer Funeral Home, 8 East Ridgeville Boulevard, Mt. Airy. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 16 at 11:00 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 7255 Ridge Rd, Mt Airy, MD 21771. Interment will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick. In lieu of flowers, a fund has been set up at New Windsor State Bank in Mt. Airy to help the family with expenses, C/O Mark Harding.
