Wanda learned a lot about baking bread & pies when she was very young & living at my grandmother's (Mrs Ed McClain) house. Years later, when my brother would take Mom to the Barbara Fritchie Restaurant, they'd see the pies on the counter & Mom would always ask to see Wanda. They were close - I think Wanda called her 'Sissy'. I had not seen Wanda since I was a little girl, but I have a clear memory of that sweet smile. I am sure Mom & Wanda are having a loving reunion
