Obituary
Mrs. Violet Faragalla, 82, of Fredrick Maryland, passed away peacefully on February 21, 2020. She was the wife of Mounir I. Faragalla of Frederick. Born on December 17, 1937 in Alexandria, Egypt, Violet was the daughter of the late Philip Fam and Lily Henri.
She was employed as a teacher at the Sacred Heart School for 17 years, then joined staff with Campus Crusade for Christ in Egypt.
Violet was very much loved by her family and friends, always with a happy smile, helping hand and sacrificial giving.
In addition to her loving husband, Mounir, Mrs. Faragalla is survived by two children, Albert (wife Debbie), Hani (wife Lilian) and her five grandchildren, Danny, Nancy, Hannah, Michael and Sam.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28, 2020 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, then 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home, 9501 Catoctin Mountain Hwy. Frederick. The Funeral service will be held on Saturday, at 11:00 AM at Mount Airy Bible Church located at 16700 Old Fredrick Rd, Mount Airy MD 21771. Family will receive visitors at 10:30 AM at the church. Burial service will be at Resthaven Memorial Gardens at 1:00 PM followed by luncheon.
