Sammy Kaye Keyser's Obituary
Sammy Kaye Keyser, 80, of Frederick passed away on December 8, 2024. He was born January 12, 1944, in Frederick, MD.
He served in the US Army from 1968 – 1972 and served a tour of duty in the Vietnam war.
He is survived by his children, Kim Dorough (Steve) and Ryan Keyser (Julie). He is also survived by his grandchildren, Michael Norris, Kaleigh Norris, and Harper Keyser. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren, Mason Norris, McKinley Norris, and Maddox Norris. He is also survived by his sister, Judy Covell and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Special thanks to Drew Smith for giving him shelter and stability in his later years.
He was preceded in death by his father, Austin R. Keyser, and mother, Dorotha M. Keyser. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Rosalie Garver.
