Rosa Abell, 83, of Poolesville, passed away on Saturday August 1, 2015 at the Genesis Health Care Center at Shady Grove in Rockville. She was the wife of the late Charles H. Abell. Born on January 6, 1932 in Greenbrier, WV, she was the daughter of the late Mason and Daisy (Harless) Rineholt. Rosa worked many years as a loving caregiver. She was fond of fishing, the Redskins, Orioles, NASCAR and Jimmie Johnson. Surviving are two sons, Charles K. Abell and wife Carol of Frederick, Steven Trent Abell of Poolesville; two grandsons, Charles K. Abell, II, Steven Trent Abell, Jr.; one step grandson, Anthony Wolf; one granddaughter, Jennifer Lorraine Nkake and two great granddaughters. Rosa was preceded in death by one sister, Violet Albright. Services will be private. Memory IResthaven Memorial Gardens9501 Catoctin Mtn.
