Robert Lee Luhn's Obituary
Robert Lee Luhn age 67, passed away peacefully at his home in Frederick, MD on October 7th, 2023.
Born on November 26th, 1955, in Frederick, MD, the son of Albert Lee Luhn and Betty Fisher Luhn. Robert was a carpenter by trade and ran his own company for the majority of his working career. Rob was an avid bass fisherman traveling all over the world for his next fishing battle including exotic destinations like Mexico and Brazil. His buddies would fondly call him Big Bass Bob and Triple B! He also enjoyed hunting, playing cards, listening to country music, going to carnivals and fairs, watching auto auction shows, and of course spending time with his grandson Jackson. It was rare that you didn’t see him sipping on an ice-cold glass bottle of Coke as those were his favorites, along with fudgesicles, and of course some good ole fried chicken.
Robert Luhn is survived by his wife of 46 Years Karen Lee Luhn, his sister Sherri Luhn his daughters Heather Lemley and Krystal Fahey (Tom Fahey), his grandchildren Brooke and Logan Lemley; & Jackson Fahey.
Relatives and friends are welcome at the viewing on Saturday October 14, 2023, between 5-7pm at Resthaven Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. 9501 B Catoctin Mountain Highway, Frederick, MD 21701.
Services will be held this Sunday October 15th at 2pm at Resthaven Funeral Home with burial immediately following at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. There will be a small reception at the family home on Sunday after the burial.
