Obituary
Mr. Robert M. Kraham, 54, of Frederick, passed away surrounded by family on October 14, 2017, after a hard-fought battle with cancer. He was the husband of Dawn Kraham, his wife of 28 years. Born at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Robert was the son of William R. Kraham, Capt., USAF, Ret., of Rockville and the late Elizabeth Ann Kraham. He was a doting father, a loving husband, and an extremely hard worker who loved his job. He was proud to be an OTR trucker and petroleum hauler for Sheetz. He was a fabulous storyteller and his humorous anecdotes and entertaining stories will be sorely missed. In addition to his loving wife and his father, Robert is survived by four children, Seth Malachi Kraham & wife Selena, Cassie Marie Kraham, Matthew Montgomery Kraham, and Shannon Mae Kraham; a sister, Lynne Hyde & husband Dick; a brother, William Edward Kraham & wife Karen; a grandson Wyatt Angelo Lopez-Kraham, and a granddaughter, Scarlett Madeline Kraham on the way. He was preceded in death by a sister, Ann Rohan Kraham. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, October 21st at Calvary United Methodist Church, 131 West 2nd Street in Frederick. Inurnment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family is respectfully asking for donations towards medical and educational expenses.
