Paul Sension's Obituary
Mr. Paul D. Sension, 42, of Waynesboro, PA passed away Saturday, August 19, 2023.
Born July 4, 1981 in Rochester, NY, Paul was the son of Charles W. Sension, III and Anne Marie (Hause) Sension of Hagerstown. He was a high school graduate and later earned his Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Maryland. Paul served in the United States Army National Guard including 2 active-duty tours in Iraq and Kuwait.
He and his wife, Jennifer M. (Weikel) Sension, were married on July 30, 2016, in Frederick, MD.
Paul was currently employed by FEMA in Washington, D.C. and had been with the organization for over 10 years. He enjoyed being outdoors, kayaking, traveling – especially to Ireland and was looking forward to a trip to Italy.
In addition to his parents and wife, he is survived by two stepchildren, Anthony Slover and Sheldon Romanell, both of Waynesboro; his siblings, Jonathan Sension of Hermon, ME, Larisa Martin of Greencastle and Joshua Sension of Lewisville, TX; 8 nieces; and 8 nephews.
