Patsy Ann Webb, 80, of Frederick, MD, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Monday, December 22, 2025.

Family and friends are invited to a public visitation on Tuesday, December 30, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 31, at 11:00 AM, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow.
