Mildred "Millie" (Bradley) Easton, 91, of Frederick, Maryland, passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2016 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. Millie was a resident of the Record Street Home in Frederick. She was the wife of 37 years to the late Maurice C. Easton. Born on March 26, 1925, in Frederick, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Cyrus and Josephine (Payne) Bradley. Millie was a member of Good News Presbyterian Church. She retired from the National Institute of Health as an Administrative Officer to Dr. Fauci in the infectious disease division. Millie enjoyed arts and crafts, playing the organ and antiquing with her sister. She is survived by her son, David Wesley Easton and wife Dawn Lee; one brother, William Bradley and wife Ann; one sister, Nancy Darling; granddaughter Amy Flynn and husband Daniel; sister in law Helen Beckerdite; numerous nieces and nephews, and her two special nieces Kathy Crum and Christine Beall. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Jean Beall. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick. A graveside service will be held at 11am on Friday, April 22nd at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. The Reverend Peter Kemeny will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Record Street Home, 115 Record Street, Frederick, Maryland 21701.
