Marianne Halpin Ulshafer's Obituary
Marianne Halpin Ulshafer was born October 10, 1940 in Washington D.C. Her parents were John T. and Eleanor R. Halpin. She passed away peacefully on February 1, 2026, after complications from Alzheimer's at the age of 85.
Marianne built a career she truly loved in real estate with Long & Foster Realtors. She began in sales, went on to manage the Ocean Pines office, and later devoted herself to Real Estate education throughout the state of Maryland. Her professionalism, leadership, and commitment to mentoring others left a lasting impression on colleagues and clients alike.
She is survived by her daughters Caroline Trullo (Dominick) and Rebecca Littleton (Matthew). She also leaves behind two siblings, Katherine Bayh and John Halpin. Marianne was a grandmother to Lauren Raubaugh, Santina Simons (Gregory), Leah Shelton (Doug), Michael Rinaldi (Rebecca) and Emma Littleton. She was a great-grandmother to Zoey, Teagan, Bo, Eleanor and Isabella.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Michael Rinaldi.
