Obituary
Malinda "Glennie" Hahn, 77, of Pleasant View Nursing Home, formerly of Thurmont passed away on February 22, 2017. She was born April 2, 1939 to the late Frank Miss and Mary Fogle. She was the loving wife of the late Lewis Hahn, Sr. Malinda was employed at Jenkins Canning Factory at the age of 15 before working for Claire Frock where she spent 15 years running six sewing machines making braided belts. In her spare time, she loved to play BINGO. She is survived by son; Lewis Hahn, Jr. Special Caregivers; Teresa Rhodes and Lori and Orvey McBride. Special Sister-in-law; Sarah Vaughn. And many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and several siblings, she was predeceased by her son; Johnnie. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, March 2nd at 3 pm at the Historical Chapel at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, 9501 Catoctin Mountain Highway, Frederick with Pastor Karin Albaugh officiating. Inurnment will be private. Miss Hahn's family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at Pleasant View Nursing Home for their kindness and devoted care.
