Louis John Plumer Sr.'s Obituary
Louis John Plumer Sr, 68, of Hagerstown, MD passed away on November 17, 2024 in Hagerstown, MD surrounded by his family.
Born August 25, 1956 at Motters Station in Rocky Ridge, MD, he was the son of the late George Plumer Sr. and Anna (May) Plumer (Brown). He graduated from Walkersville High School, class of 1975.
He and his wife, Terri Plumer, together for 34 years, were married on January 4, 1999.
Louis worked for Rotorex in Walkersville, MD for many years before they closed in 2001. He was currently working for Pro-Fabricators in Smithsburg, MD. He loved golfing, bowling and spending any spare time he could with his family or best friend Joe Gutekunst. He was a hardworking, loyal, and dedicated father, husband, brother, and friend.
Louis is survived by five children; Louis Plumer Jr. and spouse Jessica Plumer, Bradley Plumer and spouse Marrissa Plumer, Heidi Blake(Plumer) and spouse Justin Blake, Jennifer Benetatos(Plumer) and spouse Christopher Benetatos, Dawn Payne and partner Tony Davis, seventeen grandchildren, two great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, including Jesse Gutekunst and spouse Ariel Gutekunst (Eckstine) and his four siblings; Mary Wivell, Reda Smith, George Plumer Jr., and Edward Plumer.
