Mrs. Lakshmi Prasanna Amirineni's Obituary
Lakshmi Amirineni, 41 years of age passed on Tuesday, April 4th, 2023 at Sinai Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland.
Lakshmi was born on July 31st, 1981, in Tenali, Andhra Pradesh, India to Veeraiah and Vijayasri Patibandla. She was the eldest of two children. Lakshmi completed her elementary and high school education in Tenali. Lakshmi continued her education at Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam, Tirupati, where she earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees in Pharmacy and Pharmacology.
After completing her education, Lakshmi began her career as a lecturer at Siddhartha College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Vijayawada, India. Lakshmi married Kiran Amirineni in 2006 and moved to Chennai, India, where she continued teaching as a Lecturer at SRM University. In 2007, Lakshmi and Kiran moved to the United States. Lakshmi joined PAN Foundation in 2017 and worked as a Senior Operations Manager, where she went on to become an instrumental part of the company and an admired colleague.
Lakshmi was a loving mother to her two children, Aashritha Amirineni and Suhas Amirineni. Lakshmi was a caring and loving person to her husband, parents, and siblings. Her kindness and compassion were felt by all who knew her, and she will always be remembered as a source of light and love in the lives of those she touched. Lakshmi was a dedicated and hardworking professional who had a positive impact on the lives of many. Her passion, compassion, and leadership inspired those around her.
Lakshmi was diagnosed with stage four endometrial cancer in February 2023 and underwent intensive surgery. Although she was in the recovery process for a few weeks, Lakshmi tragically passed away due to a cardiac arrest in the early hours of April 4th.
She will be remembered for her strength, kindness, and her unwavering love for her family and friends.
