Mr. Kwan Sik Lee's Obituary
Kwan Sik Lee (이관식), aged 72, peacefully passed away on January 10, 2025, in Frederick, MD, with his family by his side. He was born in 1952 in South Korea to Dae P. Lee and Hye S. Lee, and was a sibling of four kids. He was a 1970 graduate of Chung-ryang High School (청량고등학교). In 1977, he moved to Brazil in search of new opportunities. He was married to Sung Im Park (박성임) for 41 years, and together they had a daughter (Cristina Lee) and a son (Anderson Lee). He moved to America at the age of 59 and was baptized in 2015.
He was an entrepreneur who founded and ran several small businesses throughout his life, always dedicating himself to caring for his family and providing a better future for them. Despite facing many challenges and a long battle with illness, he remained kind, strong, and hopeful. He was happiest when traveling with his family and trying new foods. His family will forever cherish his cute laughter, unwavering support, and love.
He is survived by his wife and two children.
