Mr. Kevin Joseph Simpson, 61, of Jefferson, passed away at home on November 14, 2018 with his family at his side. He was the husband of Deborah Lynn Simpson, his wife of 32 years. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Kevin was the son of the late Harold and Helen Simpson. Kevin graduated from Upper Bucks County School of Aviation & Technology. In addition to his loving wife, Kevin is survived by three children, Cassandra, Andrew, and Julia Simpson; two grandsons, Michael and Jayden; six siblings, and many other relatives. He was preceded in death by three sisters. Visitation will take place on Friday, November 16th from 7 - 9 PM and Saturday, November 17th from 11 AM - 12 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home, 9501 Catoctin Mountain Hwy. in Frederick, where a funeral service will begin at 12 PM on Saturday. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Floral tributes are welcome, or donations may be made to the family.
