Julie Ann Uecker's Obituary
Julie Ann Uecker, 66, of Frederick MD, passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at her home. Julie was born on June 3, 1960 in Waterloo Iowa to Gene and Nellie Tyler.
Julie is survived by her husband Jim and their sons, Michael (Valerie) Uecker of Myersville and Steven Uecker of Frederick. Also surviving are her sisters Debra (Russell) Pint and Lorella Nagle, both of Englewood FL and her sister Brenda (Tim) Schelle of Webster City IA. Lastly, she leaves her precious grandchildren Aiden and Addison Uecker of Myersville.
Julie had a passion for working with children and prior to her retirement she worked as a hearing and vision specialist for Frederick County which provided the opportunity to work with staff and children in various schools. She will be remembered for her warm spirit, her steady kindness, and the meaningful impact she made on the lives of those around her. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved her.
The gathering will take place on Friday, July 10, 2026 at 1:00 in the Catoctin Chapel at Resthaven Frederick with a Memorial Service to follow. An internment of the urn will take place at Resthaven Memorial Gardens at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Frederick County Humane Society.
