Judith A. Bryant's Obituary
Judith A Bryant, known for her warmth and nurturing kindness, left this world on February 20, 2024, at the age of 83. She passed away peacefully at Silverado Memory Care in Frederick, Maryland, surrounded by loved ones. Born on December 6, 1940, in Washington, D.C., Judith was the daughter of David and Mildred Skolnick. She shared 44 beautiful years of marriage with her late husband, John Bryant, who preceded her in death in 2007.
Judith, or Judy as she was affectionately known, was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her quick humor and warm heart touched the lives of many. She is survived by her daughters, Kellie Niemann and husband Ron, Debbie Hill and husband Michael, her son Michael Bryant and wife Kelle, as well as 12 of her 13 grandchildren, Meghan McFarlane (Matthew), Michael Niemann (Samantha), Lawren Palmer (Dane), Jacob Paris (Han Byeol), Lucas Paris (Cindy), Courtney Clark (Ridgely), Morgan McGowan, Tyler Dunham (J.W.), John Bryant, Patrick Bryant, Treynor Higgins, Raykelle Higgins and seven great-grandchildren. Among those left to cherish her memory are her sisters Dale Ciuffreda, Dawn Barnhill, brother Barry Skolnick and wife Joan as well as many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, a host of other friends and relatives and lastly, her beloved cat Shelby. While the family mourns her loss, they take comfort in knowing that Judy is now reunited with her husband, her parents, and her grandson Chase Higgins, who preceded her in death.
Judy loved to travel the country and abroad with her late husband, friends, and family. Professionally, Judy was employed by Pepco and Leisure World before joining the G. G. Tauber Company in Rockville as receptionist rising to be president of the company before retirement.
Judy's laughter, love, and light-hearted spirit will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. As she embarks on her next journey, may her memory bring a smile to those who remember her fondly. Rest in peace, dear Judith A Bryant.
