Juanita truly was a loving caring person. I will miss her at the East Ocean View community garden. I loved listening to her talk about her husband and how they came about doing the garden together. She will be missed deeply. Rest in peace my friend. Your friend, Karen Brent

You all have our sincere deepest condolences! Aunt Nita took all of Albert’s friends as her own children. Coming into the house, on Winthrop, we knew we were loved. It was an unspoken rule that if you were headed to the second floor, you stopped on the first floor first. Her hugs were mandatory before progressing further. Aunt Nita will surely be missed.
