Mrs. Joyce "Joy" M. Morgan, 62, of Frederick, died Friday, May 29, 2015 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of the late Harvey A. Morgan.Born July 19, 1952 in Frederick, she was the daughter of Alice Marie Droneburg of Frederick and the late Donald Droneburg.Ms. Joy, as many knew her, worked at WalMart on Rt. 85 for 19 years. "She loved talking to everyone." She enjoyed collecting butterflies and blown glass. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her sons Donald Cutsail of Frederick, David Morgan and wife April of Thurmont and Paul Morgan and wife Tammy of Emmittsburg; daughters Ruth Sipes of Thurmont and Lisa Boone of Frederick; sisters Donna Rice and husband Ronnie of Frederick and June Bartgis and husband Mike of NY; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her sister Dottie Cutsail and her son-in-law George Sipes, Jr. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 4, 2014 from 2-4PM and 6-8PM at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, where services will begin at 10AM on Friday, June 5. The celebrant will be Jacqui Kreh.Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.Expressions of sympathy may be offered to the family at www.staufferfuneralhome.com.
