Joyce Marie Dick, 75, of Frederick passed away on Thursday, February 18th. She was the loving wife of Ralph Dick for 59 A½ years. She was born on February 26, 1940 in Meadow Bridge, West Virginia to the late Emerson Clay Shaver and Josephine Ruth Bradley-Buckland. Joyce's number one love was that of her family and God. She was employed as a receptionist, a job she really enjoyed and in her spare time she loved dancing with her husband. She also enjoyed food, the beach and pool, and pampering herself with manicures, lipstick, and earrings. One of her biggest joys was to people watch. In addition to her husband she is survived by her son; Chuck Dick and Quentin Simeone. Daughter; Lissa and husband Richard Payne. Son; Timmy and wife Shirley Dick. Daughter; Libby and husband Merle Moser. Daughter; Tracey and husband Bill Eckenrode. Son; Danny Dick and partner Carole Davis. 14 Grandchildren and 18 Great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son; Mont Dean Dick. A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 20th from 10-11 AM at the Chapel Mausoleum at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, 9501 Catoctin Mountain Highway, Frederick, MD where a funeral service will begin at 11 AM.
