John Wheeldon passed away in Frederick, MD on June 5, 2026. He was born in Anderson, Indiana on May 4, 1936 to the late John B. and Wanda Wheeldon.
John was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Thelma Wheeldon; son, Gary Wheeldon; granddaughter, Lori Ann Wheeldon; and daughter in law, Patricia Wheeldon. He is survived by son, James Wheeldon; granddaughter, Melissa (Ronnie) Knight and close family friend, Judy Bowers.
A private inurnment will be held at Resthaven Memorial Gardens Cemetery for family only.
