Jessica "Jessie" Lee Cowan, 32, of Thurmont, MD passed away Saturday, July 23, 2016. Born October 14, 1983 in Olney, MD she was the daughter of Brian Lee Cowan of Frederick and Cynthia Gail Payne of Thurmont. Jessica was an avid animal lover. She also loved music and drawing. She was known for her generosity and her caring and loving nature. In addition to her parents she is survived by her three year old daughter Tiana Hope Cokely and her father Timmy Cokely; two sisters Lisa Troth of St. Petersburg, FL and Carrie Ward of Leyden, NY her grandmothers and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral on Saturday, July 30, 2016 from 12-1PM where a service will begin at 1PM. Rev. Tim May will officiate. Interment will be private.
