Jennie Chockran, 86, Frederick, died Saturday June 6 at the home of her daughter in Marriottsville. She was the wife of Thomas Chockran who died in 1993.Born in Lansing, MI on March 1, 1929 she was a daughter of the late Louis and Anna Waquim Albert. She was employed as a cashier at Safeway for 25 years and at Frederick County Public Schools as a lunch lady for 10 years. She was a devoted member of Holy Family Catholic Community Church, Middletown where she served in many capacities including a greeter. She was also a member of Middletown Senior Citizens.She is survived by:2 daughters - Michelle Chockran - Newport News, VA and Anne-Marie Colegrove and husband Glenn - Marriottsville3 grandchildren - Jennifer Chockran, Donald Colegrove, Kelly Colegrove1 sister - Gloria Sutton - Lansing, MI1 brother - Raymond Albert - Lansing, MIShe was preceded in death by siblings: Vivian Toomey, Emeline Kelly, Eddie AlbertThe family will receive friends on Tuesday June 9 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at Holy Family Catholic Community Church, 7321 Burkittsville Rd., Middletown. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 AM on Wednesday June 10 from the church. Rev. Msgr. Robert J. Jaskot will officiate. A lucheon will held immediately following the church service with interment after that in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick. Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Family Catholic Community Church, 7321 Burkittsville Rd., Middletown, MD 21769. Donald B.
