I was so sorry to hear about Billy, I knew him from DOE. Love the picture you posted it so represents Billy. He always had that amazing smile and was one of the kindest gentleman I had the pleasure of knowing. I am so sorry for your family's loss. Prayers for you all.
My thoughts and prayers are to Billy's family. I went to school with Billy Class of 1974. He was always friendly and made you smile when you saw him. He was very athletic in baseball and football. God needed an angel. May God wrap his loving arms around you. RIP Billy.
So sorry to hear of Billy's passing. Sending condolences to all his family and friends. He was always a pleasure to talk to. Also, always happy to assist in any way he could. Thankful to have known and worked with him for 13 years at DOE. He will certainly be missed by all that knew him.
Billy....I'm so so sad to hear of your passing. I can't believe it. I worked with Billy for 30 years. He was the kindest and friendliest man and would do anything to help out. Early in his career he was a furniture mover with Timmy and that's how we all knew him. We would constantly see them up and down the halls moving big furniture. They were always together along with Stanley. Later, Billy worked in purchasing and receiving with Ellen. Billy always referred to me as sweetie or sug(ar). Those early 1990's and late 80's were the days. May you rest in eternal peace and may your family be comforted by our Heavenly Father. With Deepest Sympathy, Julie (Stitely) Stambaugh
I had the pleasure of having Billy as a team member, and friend for 14 years. He was a wonderful human being, had an amazing sense of humor, not to mention one of the most honest, sincere, hard working, dedicated individuals I've ever had the pleasure to be in the company of. I will miss you Billy.. May You Rest In Peace my friend..
I knew Billy from working at DOE. He was always a pleasant person who will be missed by many Im sure. Prayers to his family and friends. RIP Billy.
This is very sad news. Billy was one of the nicest guys you would ever meet at the Department of Energy. Billy was always smiling which was contagious. He lit up the room whenever he entered it. He was always telling jokes and kidding around with everyone. He always had such kind words to say to anyone he saw. He will be missed by many. Sending thoughts and prays to his family and friends. God surely got another angel with Billy.
