James W. Kisner Sr.'s Obituary
It’s with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of James W. Kisner Sr., who peacefully left this world on April 6, 2024. He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Betty Kisner.
Born on May 30, 1938, James was a devoted father to his sons,James Kisner, Jr. & wife Christina, and Steven Kisner & wife Lauren; four grandchildren, Megan, Michael, Ryan, and Antonio; great grandchildren, Abel and Noah
and several siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and other relatives.
Throughout his life, James worked tirelessly as a truck driver for Waste Management, dedicating his days to ensuring the cleanliness and proper disposal of waste in our community. His hard work and commitment to his profession were truly commendable.
A visitation to honor and remember James will be held on April 11, 2024, from 10 am to 12 pm at Resthaven Funeral Home & Crematory Inc, located at 9501B Catoctin Mtn Hwy, Frederick, MD 21701. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be conducted at 12 pm, with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
James W. Kisner Sr. will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his strong work ethic, and his role as a loving father. May his memory live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
