Obituary
James B. Doyle, 92, of Frederick passed away at Frederick Memorial Hospital on Sunday, January 17th. He was the loving husband of the late Helen E. Doyle. Born September 13, 1923 in Eldersburg, Maryland to the late William and Beulah Duvall Doyle he was raised in Westminster. Upon graduation from high school he entered the United States Navy during WWII. After his military tour he worked for several years at International Harvester before becoming a dispatcher for Hemingway and B&P Motor Express. In his later years he worked at Dart Drugs. He was a lifetime member of FSK Post 11 as well as a member of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in Frederick. In his spare time he enjoyed woodworking, reading, and puzzles. He is survived by his daughter; Patty Henry and husband Richard of Hagerstown. Son; Michael Doyle and wife Linda of Mt Pleasant. Grandson; Matthew Doyle and wife Jessie of Frederick. Great-grandchildren; Aubrey and Fallyn. Grandson; Patrick Doyle and fiancAC.e Kelli Daniels of Alexandria, Virginia, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife he was preceded in death by Brothers; Carroll and Roland. And sister; Kathleen. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 30th at 12 PM at the Chapel Mausoleum at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, 9501 Catoctin Mountain Highway, Frederick, the family will receive friends one hour prior. Inurnment with military honors will follow in the Garden of Veterans of Honor II at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
