In Loving memory of Jake Butler who passed away at home in Cascade MD on November 26, 2023, after a 25-year battle with terminal cancer he was born on October 11, 1969, in Waynesboro Pa.
He was a loving Husband, Father, Brother & Son. He will be greatly missed by all who love him. He is Survived by his wife Cindy Butler of 35 years and his two kids Tiffany & Anthony Butler. His Mother Grace Fox. Two Sisters Denise Niles & Roberta Moore and two Brother's Tony Butler and Travis Fox.
