Mrs. Jacqueline Ann Brown, "Cookie", 44, of Dickerson passed away unexpectedly at home on June 25th. She was the loving wife of the late Johnny Brown. Born October 22, 1970, in Bethesda, Maryland to John Stanton and the late Jacqueline Perrell Stanton, Cookie was an avid NASCAR fan rooting for Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and Jimmie Johnson. She enjoyed cooking breakfast stuff, cookouts with the family and friends, crocheting, and fishing. Her greatest joy came from spending time and loving her children and grandchildren. In addition to her father, John, she is survived by her children; Jennifer Silcott and husband Christopher, June Brown, and James (Hunter) Tuell. She was the sister of; Judith Brown and husband David, John Stanton, Jr. and wife Angela, and James Robert Stanton and wife Shayna. Grandchildren; Jaydin, Jackobey, Jocelyn, Cali, and C.J. Along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jacqueline and husband Johnny.A visitation will take place from 11:00am-12:00pm on Thursday July 2nd at the Chapel Mausoleum of Resthaven Memorial Gardens, 9501 U.S. Route 15N in Frederick, MD. A funeral service will begin at noon with Reverend David Brown officiating. A foot procession to the Garden of Veterans II at Resthaven Memorial Gardens will follow.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the children at http://www.gofundme.com/jacquelinebrownArrangements are with Resthaven Funeral Services.
