Jacob M Call, 27, of Frederick, passed away on Monday, July 23th, 2018 surrounded by his family. Jake was born on April 16, 1991, at Holy Cross hospital to Kenneth Call and the late Sydney Guyer. He was the second of 3 children. After graduating from Walkersville High School in 2009, he continued to work as a manager at Sheetz. One of the biggest joys in his life was his son Carson. In addition to spending time with his son, Jake enjoyed his dog Taki, listening to classic rock and his many friends. In addition to his mother, Jacob was preceded in death by his Grandmothers, Sharon Guyer and Annabelle Call and Grandfathers Donald Call and Terry Guyer. Along with his son and father, he is survived by his brothers Luke Call and wife April of Gettysburg Pa and Cody Call of Frederick Md. Aunts,Terri Todd of Coppell Tx and Terri Yanoski of Hanover Pa. Uncle, Jeff Call of Martinsburg WV. Ex-wife Samantha Shoemaker of Frederick MD And his Father in Law Shane Shoemaker of Laredo Tx. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 28th at 11 am at the Historical Chapel at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, 9501 Catoctin Mountain Highway, Frederick with the family receiving friends one-hour prior.
