Hector Gutierrez born on September 25, 1968, in San Salvador, El Salvador to Raul Gutierrez and Maria Ester Antonio. He emigrated to the United States at the age of 20 to expand his opportunities for his future. He worked as a carpenter for David E. Harvey Builders for many years developing many life-long friendships.
Hector met the love of his life, Ingris Gutierrez-Gallo at Mi Rancho restaurant in Silver Spring, Maryland. They have been married for 27 years.
He is the loving and devoted father of Shawn, Karen, Jacqueline, and Matthew Gutierrez. He if survived by Cooper Gutierrez, his very loyal German Shepherd.
Hector enjoyed going to the cinema with Ingris, planned on attending the Iron Maiden concert in D.C. which Ingris attended for him and him in spirit, and playing video games on his phone or reading.
Friends and relatives are invited to visit on Thursday October 27, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Resthaven Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. 9501-B Catoctin Mountain Hwy. (Rte. 15 north).
Interment Private.
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Pancreatic Research Fund of the American Cancer Society.
