Gary Hamilton's Obituary
Gary W. Hamilton, 64, passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at the VA in Martinsburg, WV surrounded by family.
He is survived by his sister, Lisa, and her husband Rick Deters of Pasadena; nieces Nicole Bussard and Kaitlin Deters; nephews Daniel Bussard, and his wife Meg; great-niece Corinn Snyder; great-nephews Jeremia Scott, Riley Bussard, Jaxton Bussard, and Cameron Morrison; great-great-nephew Kymir Williams; and a wide circle of family and friends who will miss him deeply.
Gary was preceded in death by his father, Clarence W. Hamilton Jr., and mother, Ruth Rose Hamilton.
He proudly served in the United States Army from 1980 to 1985 and was deeply patriotic. Gary worked as a plumber by trade and was an avid motorcycle enthusiast.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at Resthaven Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 2:00 PM, followed by the service at 3:00 PM.
The inurnment will take place on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 1 PM at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
