That describes Mammaw to a "T" mom. She was the BEST grandmother in the ENTIRE world, as well as being the BEST mother to you. They just don't come like Mammaw, she was truly a very special woman who touched the heart of everyone whose lives she was part of or passed through. Her memory will live on FOREVER in all of our hearts. We will LOVE YOU ALWAYS AND FOREVER MAMMAW, until the day our Lord Jesus lets us meet again.
My precious Mom, I will miss you so very much. You loved your family more than anything, even those you didn't see often, ifat all, who were across the country. Your love was completely unconditional, always. Everyone, including my friends from my teenage years & up, loved you & loved talking with you -- for hours if they could get away with it. But in spite of my efforts to hang onto you, Jesus chose to put an end to your suffering & took you home. When my time comes, I hope God sends YOU to lead ME home. I can only pray to be the kind of self-less mother you've always been to my own children & grandchildren, even @ this point in time. MAMMAW,You have since I was that little girl pulling your glasses off of your nose been my best friend. There was no one in this world I was ever nor ever will be closer to. I cannot imagine my life without you as a part of it, there is such an emptiness now that you're gone. I love you so much, there will never be words to express the love I feel for you and always will. You have taught me to be the woman I am today, always accepting me no matter my many flaws, loving me despite my failings. You loved me unconditionally even when I didn't deserve it. You were such a brave, courageous and strong woman who fought life's many battles with her head held high and proud. Mammaw, you will be greatly missed. I loved more than anything coming to visit you, the stories you would tell and most of all everytime we were with you through your eyes and smile looking at Mason and Jason no words were needed to see and feel the love coming from you.
