Mrs. Ellen Pearl Fronzoli, 93, of Mount Airy, went to her heavenlyhome on Friday, February 6, 2015, at the Frederick Memorial Hospital.She was the wife of the late Daphno "Clark" Fronzoli, who died in 1993.She was born Feb 2, 1922, in Johnstown, PA, and was a daughter of thelate Milton and Pearl Irwin Hanson. Ellen spent her earthly days as adevoted mother and mentor to all of her children. During her nearly acentury of life, she made it a point to ensure that her family alwayscame first. Her most treasured moments were always times that shecould spend with her children, grandchildren and extended family.Ellen was a long time member of the Wesley Grove United MethodistChurch in Damascus where she taught Sunday school for many years inaddition to participating in numerous church activities.She is survived by five children: Sandy Eash and husband Dave, TarrisFronzoli and wife Carol, Timmy Fronzoli and wife Kathy, LouannLivengood and husband Gary, Keri Benton and husband Jim as well as 12grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by a daughter, Carol Shanholtz; andgrandchild, Elizabeth Evans.The family will receive friends from 12 noon until 2pm on Friday, February 13 at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 E ChurchStreet, Frederick, where funeral services will begin at 2pm. Intermentwill be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick.In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Frederick MemorialHospital, Hospice & Palliative Center, 400 W 7th St, Frederick, MD 21701.
