Mr. Earl W. Todd's Obituary
Earl W. Todd passed away peacefully on January 1st, 2025, at Autumn Lake Senior Care at the age of 97. Earl was preceded in death by his wife, Dorthy M. Todd; his son, Robert Earl Todd; daughter, Donna Sue Markuski; stepdaughter, Brenda Morris, and numerous siblings and family members. He is survived by daughter Maude Eva Frey and her husband Steve Frey, granddaughter Tiffany Markuski and her husband Kenny Gardner, his great grandchildren Kellan and Cecilia Gardner and his min pin Bo.
Earl Todd was born on December 3rd, 1927, in Beckley, WV. He served in two branches of military: the Army and the Navy. After his honorable discharge from the military, he worked as a welder at Steamfitters Local 602 Union and retired at the age of 65. Earl enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a jack of all trades. There was literally nothing he could not fix, from dishwashers to John Deer Tractors he knew it all. He took great pride in his home and property and made certain it was well maintained. Even in the summer of 2024, he was still sitting and watching his family splash and play in the pool and swing on the tire swing with a smile on his face. Earl W. Todd lived a long and fruitful life. He was very much loved by his family and friends and will be well missed.
