Dean "Dino" Rogers' Obituary
Dean Preston Rogers (Dino), passed away unexpectedly in his Frederick home on August 29, 2023. He was born in Washington, DC on December 29, 1967 to Daniel Rogers and Claire (Hershberger) Rogers. Dino was predeceased by both of his parents and one brother, Darryl Rogers. He is survived by one stepsister, Catherine vanVanno and his loving wife of 20 years, Jennifer (Bennett) Rogers.
Dino graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Alexandria, VA. He was involved in wrestling and
football during his high school years. After high school, he held numerous positions in both the restaurant and retail industries. He was able to retire from employment in 2019.
Dino was a fun loving person who enjoyed the simple things in life. He had a wonderful personality and often won people over with his humor and kindness. His interests included flying drones, skeet shooting,
constructing Lego sets, and traveling with his wife. He was also a fanatic Washington Redskins fan.
Arrangements for a final visitation are planned on September 15, 2023, 3-6 pm at Resthaven Funeral Home and Crematory, 9501 Catoctin Mountain Highway, Frederick, MD 21701
