Obituary
Codey Edward Seiss, 22, of Frederick died suddenly Saturday, September 24, 2016 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. Born August 27, 1994 in Frederick, he was the son of Shelly (Tregoning) Seiss of Frederick and Craig Seiss, also of Frederick. Codey was currently a student at Frederick Community College, majoring in computer sciences. He enjoyed wake boarding, boating, motorcycle riding, traveling, snowboarding and photography, as well as many other activities with family and friends. Codey was loved by all and will be greatly missed. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his mother's husband, Jack Laforce; his dad's significant other, Amy Thompson; six aunts and uncles, Cheryl Louie, Wina Seiss, Scot Seiss, Laurie Seiss, Becky Little, and Glenn Tregoning; grandparents, Floyd (Dick) and Verna Seiss, Butch Tregoning, and Diane Tregoning; four cousins, Nick Tregoning, Janelle James, Tyler Louie, and Tamara Louie; and his beloved dog, Chief. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, September 30, 2016 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, where funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 1.
