Clement Douglas "CD" Orye's Obituary
It is with Deep sadness that C.D. age 54 of Frederick, MD has grown his angel wings on his way to heaven to reunite with his father and beloved nieces. C.D. was born May 29, 1971, son of Patricia L Beatty Orye and George Paul “Mickey” Orye of Brunswick, MD, where C.D. was raised.
C.D. was predeceased by his Father, George Paul “Mickey” Orye, Grandparents, Rose Harris Beatty, Harry Douglas Beatty, Naomi and Clement “Mickey” Orye, Nieces, Jessica and Jenna Hall, 3 Uncles and an Aunt.
C.D. is loved and survived by his mother, Patrica Orye and partner Rick Fulmer, and his children. Sister, Dana Muchesko (Bill), Brothers, Paul Orye (Paula), Chad Orye (Stacey) an Aunt, an Uncle and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
C.D graduated from Rock Creek School in 1992 and was a participant in Special Olympics, (track and bowling).
C.D. was excited by all public events in Brunswick and participated in most of them. He was a reliable fan of Brunswick sporting teams, of all levels, often attending events cheering the teams on.
C.D. was a very happy and friendly soul. He made friends everywhere he went. He loved his family and many friends. His life of battling a seizure disorder set him back frequently but he persevered nonetheless. C.D. enjoyed life by going to Ocean City, listening to music, especially Christmas music (year round) dancing, skating, attending church, attending parties, camping and going out to eat.
C.D. has lived in a group home setting for many years. Many dedicated people helped C.D. through life with passion and love. Although there are too many to name, C.D. and his family thank you and are forever grateful.
Funeral Service will be held at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens, 9501 Catoctin Mountain Hwy, Frederick, MD 21701 on Monday, September 22, 2025. Visitation at 10:00am, Celebration of Life at 11:00am, followed by interment, concluding with a reception.
